Open Positions:

Business Development Director

The role involves:
- Account management of distribution channels and selected key customers in several central
  European countries
- Active sales to existing and new customers, promotion, contractual negotiation and business
  development
- Participation to our client technical design processes

The candidate:
- A graduate with an Engineering, computer science or telecommunications
- Good professional technical sales experience and distribution channel building, motivation &
  management techniques
- Demonstrable ability in maintaining and developing existing and new key accounts
- Able to lead, develop and motivate a team of our distributors� experienced sales professionals 
  and field  application engineers
- Good knowledge of short-range telecom protocols (HW and SW) or the ability to learn the
  technology
- Experience of IT systems
- Motivated, charismatic and a confident communicator, you will be happy in a position of
  responsibility,   working with other departments across the company the meet the customer�s requirements
- Able to travel
