BlueGiga Technologies and CETECOM ICT Services Announce Partnership

BlueGiga Technologies, the leading supplier of industrial Bluetooth� solutions and CETECOM ICT Services, the leading provider of Bluetooth� qualification services today announce their partnership in the development and qualification of products using the Bluetooth� wireless technology. BlueGiga will be exhibiting with CETECOM ICT at the annual Bluetooth Congress in Amsterdam between June 12-14, booth 218 to celebrate the new collaboration. Other joint activities include the use of BlueGiga�s industrial Bluetooth products (WRAP�) in Cetecom�s Bluetooth Interoperability Lab where manufacturers are invited to test their products� interoperability with other Bluetooth devices.

BlueGiga Technologies has developed a wireless, intelligent product platform for seamlessly connecting users, machines and business systems. The Wireless Remote Access Platform (WRAP�) products saves time and cost for companies by enabling Machine-to-Machine (M2) communications and cable replacement within industrial, business, commercial and home environments.

About WRAP�
The Wireless Remote Access Platform (WRAP�) family of products consist of industrial grade MicroServers and Access Servers for wireless machine communications, network connectivity and man-to-machine interaction. WRAP enables wireless communications between machines, users and backbone business systems regardless of time and space. The platform combines Bluetooth� and Internet technology and contains all the necessary components for machines to communicate wirelessly over Bluetooth�. It also has available processor and memory capacity to accommodate the customer�s application on the same platform. About CETECOM�s Bluetooth� Qualification Services
CETECOM is supporting its customers from the development up to the market entry of products. The company offers pre-testing as well as qualification testing in its own Bluetooth� qualification testing facility (BQTF) using validated test systems. Moreover CETECOM offers test solutions to be implemented into the customers laboratories, using already available test equipment and enabling the customer to perform pre testing by himself without having to invest a lot of money into specific test systems. The customer hereby shortens the development process and gains enough confidence in the conformance of his product to the Bluetooth� specifications. So the product will pass most likely the final qualification testing. The qualification and listing of the product is performed by our Bluetooth� Qualification Body. Apart from Bluetooth� qualification CETECOM offers all tests being additionally necessary to enter specific markets world wide and supports the industry in all certification issues.
