BlueGiga Technologies and Viescomm Ltd. sign European Distribution agreement

BlueGiga Technologies, an innovative supplier of industrial M2M solutions utilizing the Bluetooth� wireless technology, and Viescomm Ltd., a company representing turnkey wireless solutions and products including the sale and distribution of Nokia Special Products (M2M), today announce the signing of a Pan-European distribution agreement involving BlueGiga's WRAP� products. Under the agreement, the parties will unite their expertise in wireless machine communications to offer customers a set of complete and certified products, technical support, domestic and international cooperation in application development, product ramp-ups, as well as commercial activity management. The new alliance allows for a one-stop shopping place for complete Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Bluetooth products that in turn provide its customers with the resources, technology and capacity to optimize their processes using M2M communications. Machine-to-Machine (M2M) combines telecommunications and information technology to automate business processes, integrate company assets with IT systems, and to allow the creation of new value-added services.

BlueGiga Technologies has developed a wireless, intelligent product platform for seamlessly connecting users, machines and business systems. The Wireless Remote Access Platform (WRAP�) products save time and cost for companies by enabling Machine-to-Machine (M2) communications and cable replacement within industrial, business, commercial and home environments.
