BlueGiga Technologies and ACTE sign Distribution Agreement

Espoo, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden September 19, 2002:
BlueGiga Technologies, an innovative supplier of industrial M2M solutions utilizing the Bluetooth� wireless technology, and ACTE, a group of specialized distributors focusing on industrial automation, electronic components and electro-mechanics with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, England, Poland and Germany today announce the signing of a distribution agreement involving BlueGiga's WRAP� products.

The new agreement will allow the parties to offer a new wireless technology platform within ACTE's Industrial Automation Group. BlueGiga's complete Bluetooth products for wireless machine communications coupled with ACTE's expertise within qualified technical and logistics services will form an outstanding offering to its customers in terms of technical resources, technology and capacity to optimize their processes within industrial automation. Industrial automation through wireless machine communications enables new cost savings and productivity improvements within industrial processes, data acquisition and remote machine access.

BlueGiga Technologies has developed a wireless, intelligent product platform for seamlessly connecting users, machines and business systems. The Wireless Remote Access Platform (WRAP�) products save time and cost for companies by enabling Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications and cable replacement within industrial, business, commercial and home environments.
