Onway Ltd conducted the customer satisfaction survey to evaluate the importance of various aspects in the operations and performance of Bluegiga Technologies Ltd. The rankings were compared to other Information and Communications Technology companies.

Bluegiga received notable results in comparison to the other companies in the industry: The reliability of the products received the highest satisfaction ranking, differentiating it by 20% in comparison with the industry average. Also, informing about products and services received top ranking, which was 35% higher than the industry average.
