Bluegiga customer satisfaction survey: 98% of Bluegiga's customers recommend Bluegiga as a business partner
06.11.2009Onway Ltd conducted the customer satisfaction survey for Bluegiga to evaluate the performance of Bluegiga Technologies. The rankings were compared to other Information and Communications Technology (ICT) companies and Bluegiga gained outstanding results over the industry average. 98% of Bluegiga's customers recommend Bluegiga as a business partner. Bluegiga was ranked 17% higher than the industry average on Customer Relationship including the expertise of Bluegiga personnel especially in technical support. Product reliability was also considered extremely high and 93% of customers recommend Bluegiga's products.
