Simplifying Customer Contact Information Collection at Exhibitions
Digi Solutions is a Finnish merchandiser for the Swedish innovation, Digital Pen and paper. They create customized solutions for customers, for example a lottery coupon for a trade show booth.
The Digital Pen and paper solution is used together with the smallest Bluetooth access device in the industry, Bluegiga's Access Point 3201, which provides Bluetooth wireless connection to send the information from the Bluetooth pen to the Exhibitor's data base. The information is immediately live at the database and there is no waste of resources in data processing time at the back office.
FOREX Bank is the largest currency exchange company in Scandinavia. They participated in Matka Nordic Travel Fair 2009 in Finland with an impressive stand. To attract visitors, FOREX arranged a lottery. Digi Solutions created the lottery coupon for FOREX's stand at the fair and customers simply filled in their information that was directly sent to a computer via Bluetooth in front of the customer.
