Antti joined Bluegiga in September 2011 from Elektrobit Corporation where he over the years held positions for Business Unit Head and Executive Vice President for Global Sales and Marketing. Previously, Antti has spent twelve years in the UK and the USA as a Vice President and in various General Management and Sales/Marketing Management roles for Orbis of Finland and Tektronix Inc, Portland, OR. Antti’s experience spans from Test & Measurement to Telecommunications and Wireless industries and he holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.

Tom has more than eighteen years of experience on telecommunication industry in various management, executive and consulting positions. During his time at Bluegiga, Tom has had several positions including leader of product creation, general management and customer service. He is currently in charge of Bluegiga’s global sales and marketing operations. Previously, Tom has worked in IT security business as global customer service manager at Stonesoft and as partner, board member, sales director and consultant at Avantcomp Oy, a pioneering Finnish network security company. Tom started his career as a telecom and IT expert for shipbuilding company Masa-Yards in 1993. Tom has two degrees in Marketing and Electronic Engineering.

M.Sc. (Econ), Accountancy. Eija joined Bluegiga in 2006. Graduated from Vaasa University in 1990. Previous work experience as Finance Manager in Finland. She is head of Bluegiga's financial and HR matters.

Riku was excited to join Bluegiga in 2011. He did his MSc studies at Tampere University of Technology in Finland and Virginia Tech, United States. Before joining Bluegiga, Riku worked fifteen years for Nokia’s smartphone business. During his time at Nokia, Riku established Bluetooth activities, lead R&D organizations for smartphone connectivity and was in charge of quality activities for Nokia smartphones.

Tim has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and management experience in short range wireless technologies. Prior to joining Bluegiga, Tim worked as a Vice President of Global Marketing at Elster Integrated Solutions where he was responsible for messaging and branding related to Elster's smart metering and smart grid system offerings. As vice president of North American sales of Cirronet, he was instrumental in growing Cirronet's proprietary wireless OEM module business and helped position the company for sale. After Cirronet's sale, he stayed on to lead RF Monolithics' OEM module sales efforts in North America. Before joining Cirronet, Tim worked for Schlumberger Industries for sixteen years in various product marketing, business development, and management roles and has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology from Purdue University.

Mikko has ten years of experience with various connectivity technologies, such as Bluetooth, Bluetooth Smart and Wi-Fi. In addition, he has an extensive background in computer science and other communication technologies. Mikko has previously worked in companies, such as Tieto and Sampo Oyj and is currently the head of product management and part of the management team at Bluegiga.
