Customer Service Engineer

We are recruiting a Customer Service Engineer for our Customer Service team to our office in Espoo, Finland.
We expect you to have basic knowledge of the general information networks and understanding of data transmission methods. Terms
Bluetooth, TCP/IP and GPRS are not unfamiliar to you and experience of them is an advantage. In addition, we consider as advantage knowledge and programming skills of connection and circuit diagrams. You are willing to continuously learn new things and develop yourself.
As a member of our Customer Service team, you will provide help to our customers and partners in implementing and integrating our products. Also, you will work as technical support for our sales team, a technical sales person and a project leader in customer projects. You are ready to travel, performing comes naturally to you and you are fluent in written and spoken English. In addition, you are positive and a team player. You seize your tasks enthusiastically and guarantee uncompromising quality.
