Sales Manager- Asia

As Sales Manager - Asia, you will have a sales role to cover key markets and customers in South East Asia region. You will serve as a primary interface between Bluegiga distributors, customers and selected partners.

Your assignments will include sales, existing partner relationship management, partner search, shortlisting, facilitated decision making, management of partner projects full lifecycle through to market delivery on Bluegiga products.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Be responsible for sales to existing channels as well as identify new sales opportunities.
  • Be responsible for sales for selected key accounts.
  • Support of Bluegiga product programs and their missions full life cycle.
  • Partner and distributor management, search, analysis, shortlisting, facilitated decision making.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is an unafraid self starter with a strong track record in international Sales and channel management positions.

The candidate has had a variety of different roles and carries a passion
for great technology and services.

Focused on results the candidate is motivated by bringing great sales results by translating associated plans into reality via high quality execution.

Requirements:�
  • Sales experience of over 5 years
  • A history of Partner (customer, supplier, 3rd party) management from all the various angles.
  • Broad and credible technology understanding as a sales level
  • A history of successfully working beyond personal comfort zones in fast changing environments.
  • Excellent industry experience and experienced in a role relevant to this job.

Skills required:
  • Excellent people and communication skills covering both customers/partners and internally.
  • Strong influencer at all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving & crystallization skills; innovative approach; fast learner.
  • Ability to execute fact-based yet timely decision-making, occasionally based on intuitive judgment stemming from own experience.
  • Proven track record in translating plans into successful execution and results.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects, communication, risk, culminating in timely results.
  • Preferred: MBA (consumer marketing, strategy)
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and Mandarin (Japanese and Korean skills appreciated)
