BLUEGIGA – CUSTOMER SURVEY 2011 RESULTS

For Bluegiga the customer satisfaction is extremely important. We are grateful for the opinions and feedback provided for us (7000 opinions were collected during the survey). The average rating of Bluegiga performance in all questions was 5 meaning “Very good” (Scale 1=Poor, 6=Excellent).

TOP3 factors rated as the most important in terms of customer satisfaction:
• Availability of technical support
• Technical support´s ability to solve customer problems
• Reliability of the products

TOP3 factors where the Bluegiga was rated to have the best performance:
• Expertise and skills of Bluegiga-personnel (99% of customers were satisfied)
• Reliability of the products (99% of customers were satisfied)
• Availability of technical support (96% of customers were satisfied)

Bluegiga Customer Satisfaction Compared to Industry Average

(n=91 other ICT-companies with 4967 customer evaluations): Bluegiga outperforms other companies in every category and received Total Rank 1/96!
